Annual dues are $20.00 for primary members, dues are for Oct.1, until Sept. 30. Dues for associate memberships are available for $10.00, age 16 and older.  For other individuals of the  primary member's family, under the age of 16, dues are $3.00.
Newsletters and other mailings are sent to Primary Members only.

2. Fill in the appropriate information on the Membership Application.
   IMPORTANT NOTE: ON RENEWALS MAKE SURE TO INSERT YEAR(S)
   YOU ARE RENEWING FOR AFTER MEMBERSHIP NUMBER.

3. PRINT 2 COPIES OF COMPLETED MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION:
   One copy to be mailed with your payment AND one to be retained
   for your records.

4. Mail completed Membership Application and Payment to address
   shown on application.

YOU MUST DOWNLOAD AND SAVE THIS MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION ON YOUR COMPUTER !

    OF THE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION TO YOUR COMPUTER.

2. Open the Membership Application you saved on YOUR COMPUTER.
