Join us for a great TOUR DAY!

First we will have a bus tour of some of the historic buildings of Wilkes-Barre, including the beautiful and notorious Luzerne County Court House and the Wyoming Valley Historical Museum. The Museum will have a special display about Planters and Mr. Peanut. Following the visit to the Museum, we will be introduced to John Wilkes and Isaac Barre, prominent members of the British Parliament.

Then we hop back on board for a trip to Scranton to visit the Electric Trolley Museum. We will enjoy our box lunches on the picnic grounds or if the the weather is not co-operating inside the Museum. After lunch we will board an electric trolley for a 10 mile ride!

Steamtown National Historic Site is next to the Trolley Museum. The price of entry is not included in the tour because if you have a Golden Age Passport, it is FREE. The admission fee is $7.00 and the train ride is $5.00. You will have plenty of time to enjoy this unique site.

For those not interested in steam locomotives, Steamtown Mall is located just up the ramp between the Trolley Museum and the Steamtown Historic Site. It has a great assortment of stores including Boscov's and Bon Ton.
